Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is recommended. You must be skilled in cardiac monitoring, interpreting telemetry rhythms, administering medications, and using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
