Job Summary Telemetry Nurse (RN) Glenview, IL This position involves providing specialized telemetry nursing care in a healthcare facility setting. The role requires handling boarded patients in the emergency department, with the flexibility to float to other medical-surgical units as needed. The nurse will work during daytime shifts, supporting patient monitoring and cardiac care.
Job Details
Shift Time: Days, 12 hours, 7:00 AM 7:30 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS certification, passing EKG test, and Epic electronic medical record experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience; new graduates are not accepted.
Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience and EKG proficiency.
Responsibilities include monitoring boarded patients in the emergency department, providing telemetry care, and floating to other medical-surgical units as necessary.
Submission requirements include a resume, two references, skills checklist, copies of certifications and licenses, BLS certification, and passing EKG test.
Schedule details: shifts are scheduled for 12 hours during daytime hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
