# Job Opportunity – Oncology Nurse – South Texas

Start Date: August 19, 2026

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Schedule: Full-time position on a 15-bed telemetry-equipped oncology unit. Day shift staffing includes 3 RNs and 1 PCT with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio. Night shift maintains similar staffing levels. Weekend requirements apply.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
• BLS certification required
• Telemetry experience required – candidates without this skill will not be considered
• Stroke experience preferred
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills
