Job Description:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care to patients in the Telemetry unit, ensuring they receive monitoring and treatment as needed in accordance with established protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients' health conditions and provide appropriate care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide effective patient care.
• Float to like units as needed for patient care demands.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Stroke/Neuro experience required; 3 years preferred.
• Must have BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications, and pass an EKG Test with a score of 80% or higher.
• Ability to work every other weekend and as needed on holidays.
