Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse:

Provide high-quality care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring
Interpret telemetry rhythms and alert providers promptly to changes
Administer medications, manage drips, and evaluate patient responses
Collaborate with physicians, rapid response teams, and multidisciplinary staff
Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, medications, and care plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Integrate smoothly into a fast-paced Telemetry unit

Requirements for the Travel Nurse:

Active Texas or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 2 years' recent Telemetry experience
