Travel RN Med/Surg Telemetry Unit jobs at BSMH - Mercy Health - St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, OH let you care for patients with acute medical and post-surgical needs who require cardiac monitoring. You will work in a hospital setting with a cardiac patient population, using telemetry to monitor heart rhythms and respond to changes in patient status.
To qualify, you need a current Ohio RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1 year of telemetry nursing experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is expected.
Recommended skills include competency with cardiac medications, strong critical thinking, and the ability to interpret telemetry data and respond quickly to patient needs.
