Job Summary Telemetry Nurse, Nights Provides direct nursing care for cardiac telemetry patients in a Level I trauma center. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, coordinating discharge planning, and working within a team environment to deliver comprehensive care.

Certification and Education Requirements: Nursys License, Driver's License/State ID, Professional Ascension Profile, 2 Professional References, Resume; 1 year of experience in telemetry nursing required
Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Responsibilities: Implements and monitors patient care plans, records and communicates patient conditions, serve as a primary coordinator across disciplines, assess and coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team, notes and carries out physician and nursing orders
Additional Information: Unit supports post-op cardiac care, utilizes virtual sitter monitoring and monitor techs, supports all ages, nurses work in teams, may be required to float to other departments, up to 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period, and holidays if needed
