The role requires monitoring and coordinating patient care activities for all age groups. You will utilize the nursing process to provide direct patient care activities including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will maintain professional accountability for the provision of patient care. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Perform duties and responsibilities consistent with our mission, values, and service standards. You will work a flexible schedule and may be required to work differing shifts and days according to patient care requirements. This role involves high-risk exposure to blood and body fluids. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and turning patients with assistance. Utilize the nursing process to provide care for patients with medical comorbidities, trauma, and surgical interventions.
