Job Summary: Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift in an acute care setting. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care on a Telemetry unit, utilizing advanced cardiac monitoring and assessment skills. The position emphasizes relationship-centered care, patient safety, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Job Details:
Schedule: 11.5-hour shifts, with the minimum of 34.5 hours per week, starting from 10/26/2026 to 12/26/2026.
Required Qualifications: Valid NYS RN License, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), Telemetry nursing experience, critical care experience, at least 2 years of RN experience, 1 year of travel nursing experience (preferred but not required for per diem), Epic EMR experience highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Telemetry nursing expertise, experience with Modified Primary Nursing model, proficiency in evidence-based practice, process improvement, charge nurse responsibilities, patient education, Epic electronic medical records.
Additional Information: The role involves performing charge nurse duties as assigned, ensuring appropriate supply utilization, fostering patient throughput, and supporting quality and safety initiatives. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a professional image, commitment to clinical excellence, and a focus on patient-centered care.
