We have a total of 23 beds with a staff of 28. On the day shift, we have 1 Charge Nurse, 3-4 RNs, 1-3 PCTs, and 1 US. The night shift consists of 1 Charge Nurse, 3-4 RNs, and 1-3 PCTs. Patient ratios are 1:6. The unit is equipped with telemetry monitoring. We use an EMR system called Expanse. Common procedures include line placements and dialysis. We are looking for team players who are reliable and accountable. Attendance is extremely important. A strong cardiac background and SD/PCU experience are preferred.
