The role involves caring for adult and geriatric patients. The nurse will manage a patient ratio of 1:6. Floating to different areas of the unit may be required. Previous charge experience is preferred. Candidates should have experience with Epic charting. The nurse will be expected to interpret dysrhythmias effectively. Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE is essential. Management of dysrhythmias in a telemetry setting is necessary. Experience with peripheral line care and management is required. This position involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities may include respiratory services, phlebotomy, and social services support. Flexibility for weekend shifts is required. Preference is given to those with telemetry experience.
