Regularly assesses patients' needs and provides skilled nursing services as prescribed by the physician's authorized plan of care and accepted standards of nursing practice. Provides direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, call light assistance, transfers, and responding to alarms. Evaluates the effectiveness of treatment plans and participates in updating or revising the treatment plan in collaboration with other team members. Processes physician orders and performs ordered care accurately, completely, and in a timely manner. Follows up regarding medication changes and order clarifications.
