Job Details:
Shift Time: Nights
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications; at least 1 year of experience in telemetry or cardiac care; relevant education, certifications, and current licensure
Preferred Qualifications: Strong cardiac background; experience in step-down (SD) or progressive care unit (PCU) settings; proficiency in performing procedures such as line placements and dialysis
Additional Information: The unit features telemetry monitoring with cardiac drips, operates with a team-oriented environment, and requires reliable attendance. Dress code is all black scrubs or black pants with a red top for registered nurses. The unit expects staff to be team players and accountable, with every other weekend on call.
