Job Description:

Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit, responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of the nursing manager, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in the Telemetry unit, including monitoring of cardiac drips and TR Band procedures.
• Float to all acute care units as required.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year recent Telemetry experience required.
• Experience with TR Band’s straight from procedure and cardiac drips such as Heparin, Lasix, and Cardizem.
• Experience with Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation process.
• KS RN license and BLS certification required.
