You must have an active Virginia RN license or a qualifying compact state license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. At least 1 year of recent acute care and telemetry nursing experience is required. You must be able to pass an EKG exam at orientation. Experience with electronic medical record systems is recommended. Skills in cardiac monitoring, patient assessment, and safe medication administration are important
