Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,095 per week in Salem, MA

Job Title: Float Pool RN Profession: RN Telemetry I Specialty: RN Telemetry I Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of acute care hospital experience; 2 years working as a Traveler License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Must be willing to float to multiple units Description: Responsible for cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, and reading telemetry strips. Experience required in telemetry monitoring, including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours. Must have TR Band experience. Ability to perform cardiac drips and reading telemetry strips is essential. Clinician to patient ratio is up to 5:1 during days and evenings, and up to 6:1 during nights. Care for patients in various settings, including ED border patients and medication nurse in the acute mental health unit. Census in different units ranges from 8 to 41 beds. Rotation requirements involve rotating to nights 1 to 3 times per contract. EMR charting system used is EPIC. Active BLS and ACLS certifications required.
