- Schedule: 3×12s | 36 hrs/week
- Pay: $85/hour

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, coordinated nursing care to telemetry patients.
- Assess patients and monitor for changes in condition.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor cardiac status and respond appropriately to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Float within the assigned scope of practice as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety standards.
Requirements & Certifications
- Active RN license required
- EPIC experience required
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- NIHSS required
- BSN preferred
- Acute care experience preferred
