Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,141 per week in Brick, NJ

**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry Observation Unit!** **Job Description:** - Evaluate patients and assist physicians with exceptional patient care. - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans based on initial and ongoing assessments. - Initiate comprehensive assessments guided by the patient’s issues, physician's diagnoses, and functional health framework. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with skill and compassion. - Manage care for patients effectively and efficiently. - Document care in accordance with established standards, focusing on patient acuity and clinical priorities. - Advocate for the adoption of evidence-based practice standards and innovative care delivery methods. - Provide patient-centric care that aligns with professional nursing practice ideals. - Embrace opportunities for growth by performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience required. **Required Hard Skills:** - Proficiency in telemetry, non-titratable drips, and cardiac rhythms. **Education Requirements:** - Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing required. - Telemetry Certification or successful completion of the Telemetry Competency Exam required. **Certifications & Licensure:** - Current BLS certification from AHA. - New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License or multi-state compact license. - NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification. - Telemetry certification. **Schedule:** - Night shift: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. - 36 hours per week. - Every other weekend commitment required. - One winter holiday and one holiday eve commitment required. - May be required to float to other inpatient telemetry units. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
