Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry- Conduct peritoneal dialysis procedures with accuracy and care
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Maintain patient records in the Cerner EMR system
- Offer compassionate support and education to patients and their families
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry- RN licensure
- BLS certification
- Experience in peritoneal dialysis
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Certified Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse preferred
