Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,155 per week in Spokane, WA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 26 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Telemetry nursing required. License: Valid Compact nursing license must be held at time of submission. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required. Must-Have: Client nursing experience. Comfortable with the NIH stroke scale. Proficient in caring for post-surgical neurology patients and various neurology diagnoses. Description: This position requires floating between units. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. The expected patient ratio is 1:5. No on-call duty is necessary. Special procedures include management of neurological patients. This unit is designated for stroke care and is thrombectomy capable. The daily census is approximately 48 patients. The unit supports a diverse age group including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support includes various services such as IV therapy, physical therapy, and social services. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.
