Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,162 per week in Attleboro, MA

Job Title: Telemetry Observation RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience required License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BCLS Must-Have: Strong telemetry experience Ability to function autonomously Epic or Cerner experience preferred Description: Telemetry observation unit is a 10-bed observation unit for patients being ruled out for certain diagnoses. Patients typically stay for 24 to 48 hours. Diagnoses vary, primarily medical, with occasional overflow surgical cases. There are no medication drips in this unit. Registered Nurses must have strong experience in telemetry. The unit operates with a patient ratio of 1:5. Weekend shifts are required, with 2-3 shifts in a 6-week period. On-call shifts are 5-6 in a 6-week period. Floating within the scope to meet facility needs may be required. Finalized requests for time off must be submitted with application. Candidates must be prepared for a background review, which will be assessed case by case. Preferred candidates will have experience with Cerner but it is not mandatory. Return staff must wait a minimum of one year before reapplying as travelers. All staff members are required to comply with vaccination policies.
