Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Ohio

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Schedule: Day shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Requirements:

• Active, permanent Ohio RN license OR current Compact State license in hand at time of application (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum of 12 months permanent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required (combined experience acceptable; preferred within one location)
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification prior to start date
• One recent supervisory reference (within past 12 months) from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, director, or charge RN in the MS/Telemetry specialty required for submission
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Negative drug screen required; nicotine testing exemption applies for RN positions
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• Clean background check and licensure history required (no open cases or license hits accepted)
