Position: RN – Telemetry
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12 hour nights | 36 hrs/week

Pay Package (36 hrs):
• W2 (Taxable): $20/hr
• Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $1,475/week
• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,195/week

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Med/Surg/Telemetry experience
• Level I Trauma Center experience required
• BLS required
• ACLS required
• Must be willing to work as part of a Med/Surg/Tele Float Pool
• Must be willing to float between assigned units and campuses as needed; floating cannot be refused
• Must be comfortable caring for Med/Surg, Telemetry, Neuro, and Observation patients
• Must be agreeable to 12-hour night shifts
• Must work 4 weekend shifts per 4 weeks (Saturday/Sunday)
• Holiday coverage required based on unit needs
• Must pass the Basic Dysrhythmia Exam before contract; 80% passing score, maximum 2 attempts
• Must pass Day 1 SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes
• Must demonstrate competency in maintaining sterile field
• Must be available for 30-minute response if placed on standby
• Must be willing to use GroupMe or answer staffing-office phone calls for assignments
• Must be on the unit by 7 PM for shift huddle
• Must comply with bedside reporting and 2-person skin assessment requirements
• Must meet the 50-mile radius rule; driver’s license is the source of truth
• NIHSS is preferred, not required
  No RTO (Requested Time Off)
