Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,221 per week in Cleveland, OH

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – Ohio

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Assignment is 13-18 weeks to provide winter coverage.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Ohio or current Compact State license in hand at time of application
• Minimum 12 months of permanent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross) and ACLS certification required
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start date
• One recent reference from a nurse manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, director, or charge RN from specialty area within the past 12 months (co-worker references will not be accepted)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• Background check and fingerprinting required (BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing)
• Clean license history with no open legal cases
