Job Summary:
Registered Professional Nurse responsible for delivering safe, competent, and quality care based on nursing theory and research. The RN will provide care to a designated group of patients and their significant others, incorporating the tenets of Relationship Centered Care and evidence-based practices. The role involves patient care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, patient education, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Active NYS RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry and Med-Surg experience
• 1 year of travel nursing experience (for travel positions)
• Experience with ventilators
• Proficiency in EPIC (highly preferred)

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience or active enrollment in a BSN program

• Role includes patient care, education, and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Focus on quality improvement, safety, and professional development
• Charge nurse duties may be assigned
