Description:
Registered Nurse in Telemetry Float position available.
The position requires the ability to work in both Telemetry and Medical-Surgical specialties.
Candidates are expected to float within their scope to meet facility needs.
Weekend work is required, with a typical expectation of every other weekend.
First-time travelers are accepted for this position.
No on-call duty is required for this role.
The facility is a teaching hospital and offers Level 3 trauma care.
The total number of staffed beds is 317.
This opportunity involves caring for adult and geriatric populations.
The role requires proficiency in a variety of nursing skills, including telemetry monitoring and administration of medications.
Candidates must have experience with Epic charting.
Must be able to manage various patient conditions effectively.
Successful candidates will adhere to unit policies and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Compliance with background checks and fingerprinting is a requirement for the position.
