Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in hand
• Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience preferred
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Strong telemetry nursing and neuro care skills
• Ability to work every other weekend and meet submission time-off requirements

Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside nursing care to telemetry patients
• Monitor patients for changes in cardiac rhythm and neurological status
• Perform ongoing assessments, document findings, and communicate updates to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to support safe, effective patient care
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
• Support a patient-centered environment focused on safety, quality, and compassion
