Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,282 per week in Belleville, IL

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (06:45 - 19:15) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: MO or compact license required Certifications: ACLS and BLS required Must-Have: - Experience with cardiac drips - Experience with cardiac patients such as s/p CABG after moving out of ICU - Experience with cardiac cath/TAVR patients - Competence in sheath pulls - Competence in central line management Description: This position is for an RN working on a high-risk cardiology unit during the day shift. The RN will provide care for telemetry patients with a ratio of 1:5-6. The role requires proficiency in managing cardiac drips without titration. The RN will be responsible for sheath removal and central line management. Candidates need to demonstrate experience with post-operative open-heart surgery care. Knowledge of interpreting dysrhythmias and performing procedural sedation is essential. The ability to manage BiPAP, chest tubes, and tracheostomy care is also required. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Orientation hours will not be included in the contract duration.
