This role requires providing care to adult patients with telemetry needs. The nurse will typically manage patient ratios of 1:5-6. Weekend work is required, with two shifts every other weekend. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. On-call requirements are not applicable. Floating within the facility may be necessary to meet patient care needs. Candidates must possess skills in management of dysrhythmias and non-invasive airway management. The nurse will utilize EPIC for charting patient information. The daily patient census is around 27, with a total of 46 beds available. Interdisciplinary support will be available, including a unit secretary. Special procedures may involve telemetry monitoring and administration of cardiac medications.
