Description:
Telemetry RN needed for a night shift.
Start in 3-4 weeks based on compliance requirements.
Work 3 shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:30.
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications and telemetry background are mandatory.
Familiarity with stroke care and post-angiogram care is required.
Comfortable caring for post-cardiac catheterization patients is essential.
Will be required to float between facilities as needed.
Average daily patient census is 16.
Every other weekend is required.
Patient ratio is 1:4-6.
Epic charting experience is necessary.
Unit cares for adults and geriatrics, including total joint replacements, neurology, spine, general surgery, wound care, and diabetes management.
Patient diagnoses may include congestive heart failure, COPD, and CVA.
Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, and rapid response teams.
Unit ratios typically range from 1:4 but may vary based on patient census.
All travelers will float within the service line.
Compliance requirements apply for travel assignments.
No additional requests for time off or scheduling changes allowed after submission.
