Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in hand
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• RTO must be provided at the time of submission

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive patient care in a telemetry and intermediate care environment
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and assess for changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and hospital protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond quickly to clinical changes and escalate concerns as needed
