Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,305 per week in Cleveland, OH

Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: October 2026

Location: Northern Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Assignment duration of 13 to 18 weeks available to provide winter coverage.

Requirements:

• Active and permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of application
• Minimum of 12 months permanent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be active, no pending certifications accepted)
• NIHSS certification preferred
• One recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director from the specialty area within the past 12 months (charge nurse references accepted)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• Negative drug screen required; nicotine testing exemption applies for nursing professionals
• Clear background check with no open cases; no license disciplinary actions
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
