You will monitor cardiac rhythms, manage complex cases, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery. You must have a current Massachusetts RN license, prior experience as a registered nurse, and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Medical/surgical experience is preferred, and you must have current telemetry experience or be able to pass a telemetry competency exam within 90 days of starting. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended. Strong time management and effective communication skills are valued.
