**Join Our Dynamic Telemetry Nursing Team!** **Job Description:** - **Type of Patients:** Cardiac and Telemetry (This is NOT a Stepdown unit) - **Schedule:** - Full-Time: 36 or 48 hours per week available - Shifts: Days from 7AM to 7PM - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - On Call Requirement: None - **Nurse/Patient Ratio:** 5:1 - 6:1 depending on staffing - **Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System:** EPIC - **Dress Code:** Ceil blue scrubs - **Essential Qualifications:** - BLS certification via AHA required - ACLS certification via AHA required - RN License in the state of employment or compact - **Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Address diverse psychological, emotional, cultural, and social patient needs. - Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness. - Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. - Educate patients, family members, and caregivers, assessing learning needs. - **Experience & Education:** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. - 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred. - **Position Requirements:** - Attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. - Complete competency validations with designated staff. - Participate in a residency program or specific orientation if newly licensed. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
