The Registered Nurse (RN) focuses on safe and effective patient and family-centered care. The RN is responsible for assisting in maintaining a financially stable unit. The RN promotes personal development with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education. The RN supervises licensed and non-licensed staff members. The RN assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates the plan of care. The RN focuses on patient and family comfort, education, and satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Assessment: Performs assessments and reassessments as warranted by patient condition. Demonstrates sound independent decision-making ability.
