Job Summary: Telemetry (TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in an inpatient hospital setting. The role involves providing care to a diverse patient population with a focus on cardiac and telemetry patients in a fast-paced environment. The RN will utilize clinical skills and nursing knowledge to ensure safe and effective patient care during assigned shifts.
Job Details:
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours minimum per week
Required Qualifications: NV Registered Nurse (RN) license required prior to start; minimum 2 years of telemetry experience; pass telemetry competency exam including rhythm strip identification and measurement; prior travel experience of at least one 13-week assignment
Preferred Qualifications: None specified
Additional Information: Travelers may be required to float to other units such as intensive care or medical-surgical units based on organization needs. May work during major holidays and one additional shift during each schedule period (every 4 weeks). The work environment is extremely busy and fast-paced, serving a broad regional area, including treatment of complex cases such as NSTEMIs, sepsis, and post-procedure patients.
