• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,140 - $2,260

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain Vermont RN licensure prior to start
• At least 1 year of recent RN experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Comfort working in telemetry, float pool, and mixed-acuity nursing environments
• Experience with med-surg, progressive care, or emergency hold patients strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing unit needs, patient assignments, and clinical priorities
• Cerner experience preferred
• Dysrhythmia testing completed as required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients across varying acuity levels
• Float as needed to medical/oncology, surgical med-surg, progressive care, and ER hold areas
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and communicate findings to the care team
• Support medication administration, treatments, and care coordination within RN scope of practice
• Document accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary staff, and unit leadership to support patient flow and continuity of care
• Maintain flexibility, professionalism, and strong communication in a fast-paced healthcare setting
