Job Title: RN - Telemetry - Travel

Location: Alexandria, LA

Pay: $2,410.56 weekly

Shifts: Days (7AM - 7PM)

Seven Healthcare are seeking a competent Nurse to join a Telemetry unit in Alexandria, LA. This exciting travel RN role involves working with cardiac patients in a non-stepdown unit and offers the possibility of temp to perm placement. Nurses in this role can expect to work independently, providing both routine and complex care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel
  • Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
  • Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side-effects and effectiveness
  • Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
  • Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel
  • BLS certification from AHA required
  • Current ACLS certification from AHA required
  • RN License in state of employment or compact
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
