Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
- Administer medications/treatments; monitor for effectiveness and side effects.
- Accurately document patient history, assessments, and care provided.
- Educate patients and families on health needs and resources.
- Support unit staffing needs by floating when required.
