Job Details
Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, 0 years of experience, California location
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, interpreting data, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, coordinating with the healthcare team, and teaching patients and families.
The role requires effective communication skills, ability to respond quickly to clinical situations, and participation in team activities for continuous improvement.
The nurse must maintain licensure and certifications and contribute to professional development activities, including formal or informal teaching, and participation in shared governance groups.
