TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Concord, New Hampshire, 03301!

Shift

12‑hour Night Shifts, 3 shifts per week (36 hours).

Responsibilities :

Care for post‑cardiac procedure patients (TR band, post‑cath, hemostasis).
Provide continuous cardiac monitoring and interpret telemetry rhythms.
Perform stroke assessments and respond to neurological changes.
Float as needed to ED Hold, ICU, or PCU units.
