This role involves providing high-quality care in an acute care setting, focusing on medical-surgical and cardiac observation. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry- Care for patients with diagnoses such as pre/post Cath, COPD, CHF, and cardiac arrhythmias
- Read and interpret telemetry strips
- Administer set-rate Cardizem and Amiodarone drips
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements of the RN - Telemetry- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
- Experience with reading strips and set-rate Cardizem & Amiodarone
- Strong understanding of telemetry and cardiac care
