Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry- Monitor patients' vital signs and provide necessary care based on telemetry readings
- Administer medication and treatments in accordance with medical guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about medical treatments and procedures
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient medical records
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a telemetry or similar setting
