# Job Opportunity – Telemetry Registered Nurse – South Carolina**Start Date:** July 20, 2026**Location:** Charleston, South Carolina**Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants**Schedule:** Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend and holidays in rotation with staff**Highlights:**- 29-bed progressive telemetry unit specializing in post-cardiac procedures including PCI, PPM, ICD, and ablations- 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio with collaborative care team environment- Utilize Meditech documentation system and current technology including mobile workstations and Alaris IV pumps- Manage telemetry monitoring patients and cardiac drips (Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Dobutamine)- 13-week assignment at a 313-bed accredited facility featuring Level II Trauma Center, Chest Pain Center, and Stroke Center designations- Opportunities for professional growth within a facility recognized for robotic surgery and specialized burn care services**Requirements:**- Active RN license in good standing- BLS and ACLS certifications required- NIH Stroke Scale certification required- Minimum 30 months RN nursing experience- At least one previous successful travel nursing assignment- Proficiency in reading and interpreting telemetry strips- Experience caring for post-cardiac procedure patients- Competency in phlebotomy, respiratory treatments (inhalers and nebulizers), and Foley catheter care- Strong time management skills including care planning, discharge planning, and patient education**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This position offers the chance to advance your telemetry skills in a fast-paced cardiac care environment while working alongside an experienced, collaborative team.
