Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Tele Float Duration: 12 Weeks Shift: Day/Night Rotation Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 Years Required License: Pending License Accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Epic Experience Required Description: Position involves working in Telemetry and Med/Surg as needed. Shifts are 4x12 hours for days and nights. Weekend work is required, typically every other weekend. First-timers are not accepted for this position. Candidates must have experience in the required certifications. The position does not require being on-call. Clinicians will float within scope to meet facility needs. There are no accommodations for block scheduling. Local candidates are not accepted, and a 100-mile radius restriction applies. Candidates may cancel up to 3 shifts without penalty. On-call hours do not count towards guaranteed minimum hours. Special requirements include experience with Epic charting systems. The facility has a diverse range of interdisciplinary support available. Preferred patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. Candidates will need to manage a variety of clinical situations. Expected patient ratios and census details can vary. Background checks are required for all candidates. Candidates must comply with all state requirements. All candidates must have a minimum of 1 supervisor reference upon submission. Additional module completion may be required prior to the start of the contract.
