Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN – TELE)

Key Responsibilities- Monitor and care for patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry monitoring
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient cardiac rhythms and clinical status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 18 months of Telemetry nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Familiarity with cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry equipment
