Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry setting across multiple units as part of a float pool
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in alignment with unit protocols and standards
Participate in weekly unit orientations as required for float pool placement
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC electronic health records
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
Minimum 2+ years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN experience
Strong telemetry skills required; candidate will float across multiple units
EPIC experience required
All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application; no more than three days of requested time off will be considered, and holiday time-off requests will not be approved

Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
Familiarity with high-acuity Medical-Surgical patient populations
Strong adaptability and ability to quickly orient to new unit environments
