Key Responsibilities- Monitor and interpret telemetry data and cardiac rhythms for assigned patients
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Communicate patient status changes promptly to the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or a compact state license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a telemetry or cardiac monitoring setting
- Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills- ACLS certification
- Prior experience with cardiac arrhythmia recognition and management
