RN – Med/Surg Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Weekdays and select holidays (no Saturday or Sunday night shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-procedural nursing care for surgical patients with typical stays of 1–3 nights
- Monitor and care for cardiac telemetry patients, including cath lab patients
- Support ER overflow patient care as needed
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and implement individualized care plans throughout the shift
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing setting
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Willingness to work holidays based on unit needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with post-surgical or post-procedural patient populations
- Familiarity with cath lab patient care and cardiac monitoring
