Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care is delegated
- Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered consistently
- Support competency evaluation and development of clinical staff
- Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring nursing
- Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care in a telemetry setting
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity
- Familiarity with resource management in an acute care environment
